2.1 Review of the company

Crni Vrh Power Doo Zagubica owns the Black Peak 150MW wind power project which is under construction and will be finished in the year 2026.

2.2 Scope of quotation

CRNI VRH POWER DOO holds this open quotation for HR Consulting Service for the year 2026 for Crni Vrh Project.

2.3 Request for the quotation

2.3.1. Service provided to meet the company's daily HR Services needs;

2.3.2. Set a designated contact person to interface with counseling services;

3 Quota: During the period of validity of the quota, the price of unity of services should not exceed this quota. 

4. Responsible documents:After sending the invitation for quotation email, feedback on the quotation documents will be provided. Emails received after the deadline will be considered invalid and will be rejected.

5. The deadline for the submission of offers is 12:00 on 20.03.2026. The evaluation will be conducted online.

6. Each respondent or his authorized representative should provide the name and , address, contact e-mail and telephone number of the contact person so that the researcher can perform each unit of responsibility or his representative at any time in connection with this matter.
