To those companies who may be interested

1. CRNI VRH POWER DOO intends to entrust a supplier to provide the Office Greening Services for Crni Vrh Power DOO, for which this request is issued.   

 

2. Overview and scope and requirements of the request for quotation

2.1 Review of the company

Based on the Black Peak 150MW wind power project in Serbia, Crni Vrh Power Doo Zagubica formally signed the SPA on 30 November 2023 with the seller.

2.2 Scope of quotation

CRNI VRH POWER DOO holds this invitation quotation for the Office Greening Services.

2.3 Request for the quotation

2.3.1. Ensure the office located at Makedonska 12, Belgrade, has 60 potted plants of various types;     

2.3.2. Place 3 plants approximately 1.5 meters tall and 3 more plants (2 potted plants 0.5 meters tall) at the base of the company logo wall opposite the office entrance;

2.3.3. Place 1 0.5-meter-tall plant and 1 potted plant in each of the three executive offices;

2.3.4. Place 1 0.5-meter-tall plant and 1 potted plant in each of the three meeting rooms;

2.3.5. Place 1 potted plant on each workstation wardrobe, totaling 16 potted plants;

2.3.6. Place 8 potted plants and plants on the low cabinet next to the glass partition near the company entrance; 

2.3.7. Place 8 potted plants and plants on the company bookshelves;

2.3.8. Conduct a monthly inspection and maintenance of the plants; 

2.3.9. Replace any plants that are not growing well;

2.3.10. Replace the basic green plants every 90 days;   

2.3.11. Fertilize regularly to ensure healthy plant growth;

2.3.12. Replace any dead flowers or damaged flowerpots promptly.


3. Quota: During the period of validity of the quota, the price of unity of services should not exceed this quota.     

 

4. Responsible documents: Respond by mail before the response deadline. The responsible documents sent later than the deadline will be considered invalid and rejected.   

 

5. The deadline for response is 12:00 13.03.2026. Bidding will be holds online.                   


6. Each respondent or their authorized representative shall provide the name, address and telephone number of the contact person so that the investigator can inform each unit of responsibility or his representative at any time regarding this matter.               

 

7. Contract Period: April 2026 - March 2027.
