2.1 Review of the company

Crni Vrh Power Doo Zagubica own the Black Peak 150MW wind power project which is under construction and will be finished in the year 2025.   

2.2 Scope of quotation

CRNI VRH POWER DOO holds this open quotation for the Procurement of safety materials for the year 2025 for Crni Vrh Project .   

2.3 Request for the quotation

2.3.1. Supply safety equipment and emergency tools for office and production areas;   

2.3.2. Ensure all supplied items meet relevant international and local safety standards, are new, and in good condition;   

2.3.3. Provide certificates of conformity and product specifications for all equipment; 

2.3.4. Deliver the goods to the designated site of the Crni Vrh Project on time, ensuring reliable quality and packaging suitable for transport and storage;   

2.3.5. The quotation should list the unit price of the safety equipment and specify the material. Quotations for optional equipment in addition to the essential equipment can be provided. The quotation should clearly state the unit price, total price, and currency, and include transportation, taxes, and other related costs. 

3 Quote: During the period of validity of the quota, the price of unity of services should not exceed this quota.   

4. Responsible documents: offers must be delivered in person or by mail to the address Makedonska 12, Beograd. Offers sent after the deadline are considered invalid and will be rejected.     

5. The deadline for the submission of offers is 12:00 on 14.11.2025. Bid evaluation will take place offline in the office. The address is: Makedonska 12, Beograd.
