1. CRNI VRH POWER DOO intends to entrust a supplier to provide the Short-Term Business Vehicle Rental Services for Crni Vrh Power DOO, for which this request is issued.

2. Overview and scope and requirements of the request for quotation

2.1 Review of the company

Based on the Black Peak 150MW wind power project in Serbia, Crni Vrh Power Doo Zagubica formally signed the SPA on 30 November 2023 with the seller.

2.2 Scope of quotation

Crni Vrh POWER DOO holds this invitation to quote for the rental of minibuses with drivers for group delegations, including but not limited to airport transfers, business visits, conference activities, and short-distance travel within the city and surrounding areas within Serbia.

Rental Mode: Short-term rental (hourly/daily), with advance booking required. Flexibility to adjust the number or mode of vehicles as needed.

Services will be used to provide transportation for company visitors:

- Within Belgrade (capital city)

- From Belgrade to Bor and other locations (including construction sites)

- For trips of one or more days, with overnight stays if necessary

2.3 Vehicle Requirements

2.3.1 Vehicle Type & Quantity

Models: business vehicles with more than 7 seats in good condition with clean appearance.

Quantity: Adjustable based on group size (supplier must offer multiple vehicle options).

2.3.2 Condition Standards

Equipped with A/C, GPS, charging ports, and clean seat covers. Regularly sanitized, odor-free interior, and safety tools (fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, etc.) available.

2.4 Driver Requirements

2.4.1 Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and professional transport permit; minimum 3 years of business vehicle experience; no major traffic violations.

Familiarity with local routes; basic business etiquette (assisting with luggage, opening/closing doors, etc.).

2.4.2 Service Standards

Polite demeanor; no smoking or phone calls while driving.

Arrive at designated location 15 minutes prior; follow itinerary strictly.

2.5 Pricing & Payment

2.5.1 Cost Breakdown

Clear pricing for daily rental, excess mileage fees (e.g., 500 km/day limit), driver service fee, fuel, tolls, etc are covered.

Invoice details (vehicle model, rental period, cost breakdown) must be provided.

2.5.2 Payment Terms

Monthly/single-transaction payment

2.6 Insurance & Safety

Vehicles must have compulsory and commercial insurance.

In case of accidents, the supplier must promptly assist and provide replacement vehicles.

3. Quota: During the period of validity of the quota, the price of unity of services should not exceed this quota.

4. Responsible documents: Respond by mail before the response deadline. The responsible documents sent later than the deadline will be considered invalid and rejected.

5. The deadline for response is 12:00 25.07.2025. Bidding will be holds online.

6. Each respondent or their authorized representative shall provide the name, address and telephone number of the contact person so that the investigator can inform each unit of responsibility or his representative at any time regarding this matter.
