1. CRNI VRH POWER DOO intends to entrust a supplier to provide Office Space Rental Service, for which this quotation notice is issued.

2. Overview and scope and requirements of the request for quotation requestor

• 2.1 Review of the Procuring entity

  Based on the Black Peak 150MW wind power project in Serbia, CRNI VRH POWER DOO Zagubica is the service requestor.

• 2.2 Scope of tender

  CRNI VRH POWER DOO intends to rent office space in Stari Grad, Belgrade, Serbia from local real estate agencies to meet its daily office and official reception needs. The service period will be one year beginning from a Date mutually agreed by both parties.

• 2.3 Quotation Requirement

  •    The office space can meet the needs of 20 employees, with a total area of no more than 366 square meters.

  •    The office space must include at least 4 independent office areas (equipped with full sets of desks and chairs, etc.), one of which shall not exceed 24 square meters, one shall not exceed 18 square meters, and the other two shall not exceed 15 square meters.

  •    The office space must include the following functional areas: 2 meeting rooms, a customer reception room, a storage room, a tea and dining room, a utility room, a toilet, etc. The total area of all the above areas shall not exceed 126 square meters.

  •    The office space must include 2 archive rooms, 1 front desk and exhibition hall, and each room shall not exceed 15 square meters.

  •    Provide  parking space rental options within 50meters of the quotation office.

  •    The office space must be well decorated, and the water line, electrical circuit and various hardware facilities must be in good working order and usable.

3. Responsible documents: Any parties that is interested in providing such services please send an engagement letter to the mail box below to get the detailed quotation documents. Engagement sent after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. The deadline for the submission of engagement letter is 12:00 on 20.1.2025. Evaluation will take place online. The address is: Balkanska 16, Belgrade with the bid opening date for further notice, but not less than 20 days after the deadline for submission of engagement letter.
