1. CRNI VRH POWER DOO intends to entrust a supplier to provide audit of the separate financial statements of CRNI VRH POWER DOO for the year ended 31st  December 2024, prepared in accordance with the Law on Accounting and other accounting regulations in the Republic of Serbia.

2.1 Review of the company

Crni Vrh Power Doo is responsible for operating the 150 MW Black Peak wind power project.

2.2 Scope of quotation

CRNI  VRH  POWER  DOO  holds  this  open  quotation  for  the audit of the separate financial statements for the year 2024.

2.3 Request for the quotation

2.3.1. Issuing Independent auditor’s report on financial statements of CRNI VRH POWER DOO ŽAGUBICA as of 31st December 2024 and for the year than ended, prepared in accordance with the accounting regulations in the Republic of Serbia. The independent auditor’s report will be issued in Serbian or English language.

3 Quota: During the period of validity of the quota, the price of unity of services should not exceed this quota.

4. Responsible documents: Bids must be delivered in person or by mail to the address Balkanska  16, Belgrade. Bids  sent after the deadline are considered invalid and will be rejected.

5. The deadline for the submission of offers is 12:00 on 28.11.2024. Bid evaluation will take place offline in the office. The address is: Balkanska 16, Belgrade.
